Tow Gold Card: Provides on- the-water assistance to recreational
boaters 24 hours a day, 365 days and nights a year. With the
Sea Tow Gold Card any person operating the primary vessel is
entitled to receive all membership benefits for that vessel,
providing the vessel is 50' in length or under and is not commercially
registered.
